  1. I think that meditation is a good example of how the mind, body, spirit, and society are all interconnected. I have spoken with some AAFCS members about this--we need to do more as a profession to study and promote the effect of spirituality (including but not limited to meditation) on health, well-being, and interpersonal relationships.
